Request and proposal
A booking request does not constitute a confirmed booking. DIMBAÏA CONNECT studies your needs, contacts partners where necessary and sends you a proposal specifying the intended services, their price and their special conditions.
Confirmation and availability
A booking is only confirmed after the proposal has been accepted, formalities completed and availability confirmed in writing by the partner concerned. Availability may change until that confirmation. Travel documents, visas, health formalities and entry requirements must be checked with the competent authorities.
Payment
Payment deadlines and methods are defined in the proposal sent before validation. Any sum requested by a partner and its refund conditions must be stated in the applicable contractual documents.
Changes and cancellation
Options for changes, cancellation and refunds depend in particular on the conditions of the partner(s) concerned, the nature of the service and the timing of the request. No refund or fixed fee can be guaranteed in general. The applicable conditions will be brought to your attention before confirmation, subject to mandatory statutory rights.
