How to request a cancellation
Send your request in writing to dimbaia@outlook.com, quoting your file reference if available. We will confirm receipt and contact the partners concerned. The effective date of processing may depend on those partners’ handling times.
Fees and refunds
Any fees and refundable amounts are determined according to the accepted conditions and those of the final providers, without prejudice to your statutory rights. Refund timeframes, where a refund is due, will be specified according to the payment method and the partner’s conditions.
