Purpose and role of DIMBAÏA CONNECT
These terms govern the services offered by DIMBAÏA CONNECT in the fields of travel, concierge and personal shopping / sourcing. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, DIMBAÏA CONNECT acts as an intermediary: final services are performed by partners or third parties under their own terms.

Quotation and order
Each request is studied individually. The price, scope, timeframes, any partner fees and payment terms are set out in a quotation or written proposal. No commitment is deemed concluded before the proposal is accepted and, where applicable, confirmed by the partner concerned.
Price and payment
Services are offered exclusively on quotation. Quotations specify the currency, applicable taxes, any fees and payment deadlines. Accepted special conditions prevail in the event of any conflict with these general terms.
Performance and liability
DIMBAÏA CONNECT uses the agreed means to support and coordinate the request. The availability, conformity and performance of services delivered directly by a partner are that partner’s responsibility, without prejudice to the mandatory rights enjoyed by consumers and to DIMBAÏA CONNECT’s own obligations.
Withdrawal, cancellation and disputes
Rights of withdrawal and any exceptions depend on the nature of the contract and the applicable legal provisions; specific information will be provided before any commitment. Cancellation conditions are set out in the proposal and, where applicable, by the partners.
